The Metallica Tour continues across 2026 and 2027 with two distinct live formats: the Life Burns Faster residency at Sphere in Las Vegas and a new North American leg of the Metallica M72 World Tour. Sphere brings Metallica’s No Repeat Weekend concept into one of the world’s most technologically advanced venues, with different setlists across each Thursday and Saturday pairing, while Metallica Tour 2027 returns to the M72 stadium format for 12 one-night-only shows across Canada and the United States. From immersive Sphere production and Snake Pit access to Metallica’s in-the-round stadium staging, Metallica Tour 2026 and 2027 offer several ways to experience the band live across a career-spanning setlist.

The dates below follow Metallica’s current official tour calendar. Sphere performances run from October 2026 through March 2027, followed by the 12-date North American M72 stadium run beginning in Vancouver on May 8.
